In a world filled with pressure, confusion, anxiety, and uncertainty, prayer remains our source of strength, clarity, direction, and strategy. Powered in Prayer is committed to helping people rebuild their confidence in prayer and understand that communication with God is not complicated. It is personal. It is powerful. It is necessary.
This movement creates intentional spaces where people can gather, worship, release, and be restored through the power of prayer.
We believe prayer is not just something we do when we are in need. Prayer is where we receive healing, clarity, strategy, direction, strength, and the courage to move forward.

Charmaine K. Banks is the lead visionary of Powered in Prayer.
With a heart for God, a passion for prayer, and a desire to see people restored, Charmaine leads this movement with faith, compassion, and purpose. Her mission is to create spaces where people can come as they are, release what they have been carrying, and reconnect with God through prayer, worship, and vulnerability.
Through Powered in Prayer, Charmaine is helping people understand that prayer is not the last resort. Prayer is the foundation.

The Exhaling Room is the first official event experience of Powered in Prayer, led by Charmaine K. Banks.
This gathering was an afternoon filled with powerful women, prayer, worship, intimacy, and vulnerability. It was a sacred space to cry out, release, and feel the support and intercession of sisters in Christ.
It was more than an event. It was a moment to exhale, be restored, and return to the presence of God.
